The organization has received continuous requests and feedback during the three years absence and has used the feedback to prepare for the next amazing showcase of awe-inspiring talent that will make this year's show bigger and better than years gone by.

Plans for the Twenty First (21st) Annual Canadian Reggae Music Awards Presentation are now underway. This gala presentation will be taken place on Sunday, March 30th 2008 at 7pm at the beautiful JAMAICAN CANADIAN CENTRE (Main Ballroom) which is located at 995 ARROW ROAD in TORONTO, ONTARIO. Apart from the Awards presentations, the show will feature some of Canada's Top reggae stars and some international reggae superstars. Two weeks prior to the Awards presentation, there will also be a Showcase of some nominees and guests on Saturday, March 15th 2008 starting at 9pm at the same venue.

Due to the continuous requests from fans of reggae music across the globe, we are pleased to announce that the next presentation of the Canadian Reggae Music Awards will be held on Sunday March 30, 2008. The presentation will be preceded by a showcase of the nominees on Saturday March 15, 2008. Times and venue for the events will be unveiled shortly. We would like to thank everyone who submitted their comments through this website, by mail and other means because it is those comments that convinced the organization that we must continue to recognize and showcase our local talents for the world to see. Please check back for continuous updates and looking forward to seeing you all at the next presentation.

At the 20th Annual Canadian Reggae Music Awards at the Travelodge Hotel in Toronto a galaxy of international and Canadian-based artistes gave sterling performances at the show, much to the delight of the appreciative audience who came to see their favourite reggae acts. On March 21, 2004, The Annual Reggae Music Awards was slightly different from previous shows because it marked a milestone, 20 consecutive years of thrilling audiences and recognizing Reggae Music artists from all over the globe.
